Domestic Partnerships Added to Practice Areas

Our firm is expanding to include issues related to domestic partnerships...formation, dissolution, etc. Landmark California legislation, effective January 1, 2005, and exponentially increased the number of domestic partnerships created and formalized in California.
Domestic partnerships are not limited to same-sex couples. In fact, there are some situations where a domestic partnership may be more beneficial to a couple than matrimony. But, that is a choice for each couple to make.
We can give you information to help you make those choices.

Divorce need not be the War of the Roses
|
Even if you do not use collaboration or mediation, the divorce case need not be the "War of the Roses." I think the key to limited emotional and financial expenditure is selecting the right attorney who shares like views.
